What the money buys, and what it does not
Atlas and Radar are planning and intelligence tools. They are not, and do not replace, airworthiness certification, obstacle-limitation-surface assessments, instrument flight procedure design, noise-compliance certification or legal advice. Where a decision needs those, we say so and point to who provides them.
Public-sector and university customers in New Zealand and Australia can ask for an invoice schedule aligned to their financial year. Consultancies using Atlas inside client work take an Enterprise licence.
